1	Cabinets	Cabinet boxes are constructed from ¾" thickA ll-Weatherboard® composite material. Exposed sides and island backs require matching cover panels.
2	Hinges	Wall cabinets are available with an Open Back, or a ¾" thick Full Height Back
3	Back Panels	¾" thick All-Weatherboard® composite material. Full depth adjustable shelves in Wall & Base cabinets
4	Adjustable Shelves	Base cabinets are available with an Open Back, or a ¾" thick Full/Island Back
5	Drawer Glides	Soft close, side mounted, ball bearing stainless steel drawer runners
6	Adjustable Legs	Base cabinets are shipped fully assembled, ready to be installed on ‘Sure Level’ adjustable polymer legs (included). Each leg rated for 330lb static load. Snap on matching toe kick is optional for on-site modification and installation. Decorative stainless steel legs also available as an accessory.
7	Drawer Box	¾" thick All-Weatherboard® composite material construction: four sides and bottom panel. 6” high top drawer front with 3” high drawer box. 11-¾” high Deep Drawer front with 7” high drawer box.

The good news: The closets turned out very well. The desk, shelves and mudroom closet cabinets look good. The installers are very polite, professional, and conscientious. The bad news: Terrible designs for the office desk and mudroom bench. Both are much too high to be fully functional. The industry average height of a mudroom bench is 18 inches. The mudroom bench Tru Closet Pros installed here is 28 inches high ... i.e., several inches higher than my barstools. I'm just over 6 ft tall. When I sit on the mudroom bench, my feet are almost 8 inches off the floor. Obviously, the bench is practically useless for children. Likewise, the office desk is abnormally high. Again, the industry standard for office desks is 28 to 30 inches. The Tru Closet Pros desktop is 38 inches. I will need a tall barstool to sit at my desk. (And, oddly, the height dimensions for these items was NOT listed on the designs provided.). Next, the company's organization prior to installation is horrendous. For the first attempt at installation, a large number items were not present. This caused the installers to be more than 3 hours later than scheduled. And even though they worked past 7 PM, they could not complete the job due to many missing parts and a desktop that was not nearly the correct size. For the second attempt at installation - a couple of weeks later - the installer arrived almost 4 hours after the scheduled time. He stayed until 8:45 PM to complete the job. But again, he was missing one piece -- the hanging rod for the mudroom closet. BOTTOM LINE: Stick to their closets ... and be prepared for them to arrive 3-4 hours after their scheduled arrival.

My review is neutral. I love that my closet is more organized and everything is off the floor and has a home. I am not sure the materials are any better quality or more custom than what I might get in Home Depot or Lowe’s. When I asked the installer about the fact that the one wall system didn’t seem stable. He said it’s not going anywhere. But it still moves quite a bit. Overall I am satisfied. Very nice people to work. There was 3 hour delay install day due to the “factory having issues”. The installer was a very nice guy and returned the next day with missing shelves and parts.
